What the tools do

AIBizKit runs your inputs through third-party AI models (Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic, depending on the tool — see our Privacy Policy for details) to generate marketing copy — product descriptions, ad copy, cold emails, business names, review replies, and structured prompts. Output is generated by an AI model and is provided as a starting draft, not verified fact.

Review before you publish

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing, sending, or otherwise relying on it — including checking factual claims, pricing, availability, and compliance with advertising rules in your market. We don't guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AIBizKit to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Automate high-volume requests in a way that circumvents our rate limits.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the underlying AI model.

Availability

The tools are provided free, without uptime guarantees. We may change, rate-limit, or discontinue any tool at any time.

Liability

AIBizKit is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of generated content, including business, revenue, or reputational loss.
